If I could give this daycare zero stars, I absolutely would. I regret not pulling my child out of there much sooner, and I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the Ministry. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff is shockingly unprofessional, and it’s clear who the “favourites ” are. The director is never in the office, constantly misplacing important documents, and when she does show up, she is rude and dismissive of any concerns parents might have. She treats her staff terribly, and I’ve witnessed how poorly she handles them—it’s honestly appalling. Some of the people she hires are downright questionable, and I have real concerns about how they treat the children. My child’s belongings were regularly lost, and when I would ask about them, I was told they hadn’t seen them. Then, I’d see another child wearing the same exact clothes that had gone missing. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. This daycare doesn’t follow basic CPE guidelines. For example they assign strict drop-off and pick-up hours, even though they are supposed to be open from 7/7:30 am to 5:30/6 pm. Most CPE daycares don’t regulate these times like they do here, and it feels incredibly unfair. They also don’t allow parents to go inside the daycare to help their children get ready or even to see what the kids have been doing. The lack of communication is shocking, and there’s a serious lack of staff, leaving a lot of kids with very little supervision. My child has even told me that they were forced to eat until they threw up, which is disgusting and harmful.What’s worse is their attempt to manipulate the system. They claimed my child was special needs (autistic) in order to secure extra funding and pushed me to get tests done. After going through the process, I found out that they had fabricated a story about my child. This is beyond unacceptable and dishonest. They’ve also made multiple threats to call Youth Protection (DPJ) and lied to them about the situation when i did not want to get my kid tested for autism which they clearly showed no signs of. They are bullies and cause lot emotional distress. I’ve seen them leave kids unsupervised, chatting amongst themselves while children were left alone or crying in the hall. The lack of supervision is terrifying and has caused real trauma to my child.Not only are they neglectful and unprofessional, but they are also racist. I’ve overheard staff making racist comments about non-Greek children, which is appalling. They also talk badly about the kids, calling them names. It’s sickening. I’ve even overheard yelling at children from outside the door.This daycare needs a full investigation for everything they’re doing. They are rough with the kids, and it’s clear they have no interest in providing quality care. Please do yourself and your child a favor—STAY FAR AWAY from this place. I can’t even begin to describe all the horrible things I’ve heard and witnessed
